Shipping & Returns Policy

1. Order Processing
All orders placed with Peptide Store are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US public holidays). You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification containing your order confirmation and tracking details once your shipment has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2 pm EST on a Friday will be processed the following Monday.
2. Shipping Methods & Destinations
Peptide Store ships to 50+ countries worldwide. We use reputable international courier services that provide end-to-end tracking. At checkout, available shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed for your destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only. Customs clearance procedures in the destination country may add additional transit time beyond our control.
3. Cold-Chain Packaging
All temperature-sensitive peptides and research compounds are shipped with appropriate cold-pack insulation to maintain compound integrity throughout transit. Cold-chain packaging is included at no extra charge on all orders containing lyophilised peptides.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
The recipient is responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees applicable in their country. Peptide Store provides accurate commercial invoices and HS codes to facilitate smooth customs clearance. We do not mark packages as gifts or misrepresent their contents on customs documentation.

5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you. You can use this to monitor your shipment through the courier's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at +1 (951) 597-6118 or via WhatsApp.
6. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of research compounds and the requirements of our quality-assurance programme, we accept returns only in the following circumstances:
- The product received is materially different from what was ordered.
- The product arrives visibly damaged (broken vial, tampered seal).
- An incorrect product was dispatched due to a picking error on our part.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Returned items must be unused, in their original sealed packaging, and accompanied by your order reference number.
We cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or reconstituted products.
- Products that have been stored incorrectly by the customer.
- Products returned without prior authorisation from Peptide Store.
7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if it arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at +1 (951) 597-6118. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the loss or damage is confirmed, arrange a replacement shipment or issue a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
