Peptide Store is committed to supplying research-grade compounds of the highest quality. If your order does not meet expectations due to a fault on our part, we will make it right. This policy outlines the circumstances under which a refund or replacement will be issued.
2. Eligible Refund Circumstances
We will issue a full refund or send a replacement shipment at no charge if:
- Your order was lost in transit and has not been delivered within 30 days of dispatch (domestic US) or 45 days (international).
- Your order arrived with a broken vial, damaged packaging, or a compromised product seal.
- You received an incorrect product due to a picking or labelling error on our part.
- The product's Certificate of Analysis (CoA) is materially inconsistent with the stated specification (e.g., purity below 95%).
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Orders where the customer provided an incorrect shipping address.
- Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or used.
- Products that were not stored correctly upon receipt (e.g., not refrigerated as directed).
- Delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues outside our control, or force majeure events.
- Change-of-mind returns after dispatch.
- Orders where the refund request is made more than 30 days after the confirmed delivery date.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of authorisation. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Replacements
Where we determine that a replacement shipment is the most appropriate resolution, we will dispatch a replacement at no additional cost within 1–2 business days of authorisation. Replacements are subject to product availability.
